A Festival of Postcards - The LIGHT Issue
The Festival Link
My postcard is the LIGHT at the little glass mountainside chapel, just west of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It is a favorite tourist attraction. For us, it is where our oldest daughter had her wedding. That makes it extra special for us.
Families are Forever! ;-)
This Blog focuses on Ancestor Stories, both the stories themselves about my family’s ancestors and discussions of where they come from and how to prepare and share them. These stories may be non-fiction or fiction – we will always tell which is which, of course. Also see my KINNICK blog and The HOMEPLACE Series Blog, left sidebar, scroll down.

ReplyDeleteBill--Beautiful postcard and wonderful memory to go with it. Thanks for the post. I need to keep searching for an appropriate card for the Festival this month.
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous. Wish I could see it in person!
ReplyDeleteI can say I've been to the Thorncrown Chapel, and it's breathtaking. Should be in the top ten of everyone's list of destinations, along with Eureka Springs. Thanks for stirring a beautiful memory.
