Wordless (nearly) Wednesday - Mom and Arion

My mother, Mom, Eileen (on left) and her neighbor, Arion (in the 1970s) - my wife and I took her name, added an r, to become Arrion - our youngest daughter.

  1. Before I completely read your post, my thought was "What an unusual name". What are it's origins? It's really beautiful, as is the picture. What were they doing here? I love the corsages!

  2. Lori,
As I recall, we did actually found "Arion" in the Bible. They were at a wedding. ;-)

  3. I also wondered about your daughter's name. The friend must have been like an extension of your family, a super good friend. Thanks for sharing the photo.
