Our Jimmy Osmond Hummy Bear has stood watch over our "vacation cabin" and now our "retirement home" for nearly ten years. Surely that qualifies as a Treasure Chest item - or at least one in the making - hopefully for many years to come!
Families are Forever! ;-) - and teddy bears, too!?
This Blog focuses on Ancestor Stories, both the stories themselves about my family’s ancestors and discussions of where they come from and how to prepare and share them. These stories may be non-fiction or fiction – we will always tell which is which, of course. Also see my KINNICK blog and The HOMEPLACE Series Blog, left sidebar, scroll down.

Of course he's a treasure. My teddy sits on my night table and watches over me just as he patiently waited for me to be born while he sat in my crib. He's an old, old bear.
ReplyDeleteHe's adorable! There aren't too many things in this world more valuable than our teddy bears! :)
ReplyDeleteOur spare bedroom is full of bears. Mike takes two on his 80 mile commute daily and we have a special pair who come the farmer's market each week. They are family!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHummy Bear is very pleased with your comments, thank you! ;-)
