I haven't done anything genealogy related yet with Blurb but have made several vacation photo albums and have been very happy with them.
ReplyDeleteI've made books of the maternal lineages for both my mother and my mother-in-law. I also made a general genealogy photo book for my daughter. I've made three books slurping my blog (about three to four months worth of posts in each book)and this was the most popular book amongst my family members. But I started with general vacation photo books, and I still make at least one vacation photo book every year.
ReplyDeleteI haven't done anything yet (haven't had time) but I do plan on trying it out at some point. I'll probably put together articles on some of my family lines and perhaps a collection of Memory Mondays as well.

ReplyDeleteI'd really like to "slurp my blog post" - I have one that goes back five years - and his one, of course. Will have to give it a try. I've used both Lulu and CreateSpace for Print on Demand publishing, so it should work pretty well, it sounds like. ;-)
